Margaret De Patta nacque nel 1903 e nel 1923 si spostò verso ovest. Si distinse per i nuovi concetti di approccio moderno al design del gioiello; che prima di lei non esisteva affatto.
Le sue linee sono fortemente ispirate dal costruttivismo sovietico e dalle forme della Bauhaus, i tagli delle pietre innovativi per i suoi tempi e le sue opere sono delle vere architetture, con linee semplici e spesso con parti movibili....
Margaret De Patta was born in 1903, and in 1923 moved in the Bay Area. She had a new concepts in jewelry design, that before her didn't exist at all.
Her work is inspired by Constructivism and Bauhaus, new and unique cuts and forms, she features architectural forms, simple lines and often movables parts...
